Manuel Crescencio Rejón International Airport (MID) serves 30+ direct routes. Major connections via Mexico City, Miami, Houston, Dallas, and Bogotá. 15 minutes from the congress venue.

Visas

Citizens of most countries do not require a visa for Mexico for stays under 180 days. Please check requirements for your nationality. Official invitation letters available on request.

Climate

April in Mérida: warm and dry, averaging 30–35°C. Low humidity before the rainy season. Light clothing recommended. Congress venues are fully air-conditioned.

Mexican Peso (MXN). USD widely accepted in tourist areas. ATMs readily available. Congress registration fees charged in EUR.
